Pete was a wonderful guy with a dry sense of humor. He was my first football coach. I was elected captain of his first football team at Holt. Later, I enjoyed he and Anne socially a few times. We even skied together at Big Sky, Montana and had a crazy but fun time. I will miss him a lot. He was such a fine man and excellent teacher and mentor.
