He was predeceased by: his child Robin. He is survived by: his spouse Barbara Blomfield; and his children, Leila, Adrian and Josie.
Keith requested no flowers, but instead suggested memorial donations be made to the Forest and Bird Protection Society, PO Box 108055, Symonds Street, Auckland 1150.
