Bicknell was predeceased by : spouse Lindsay; and children-in-law, Vince, Bill Richardson (Carterton) and Judith. Bicknell is survived by : children-in-law, Kay Black, Doug Black (Featherston), Marilyne and Denise; and grandchildren, Sandra, Karen, Lisa, Debby, Bonny, Mandy, Nigel, Susanne and Mark. Bicknell is also survived by great grandmother and great great grandmother.
