It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rachel Margaret Coxhead (Havelock North, North Island), who passed away on October 25, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parent Marian Coxhead; her sibling Paul; and her child Lawrence. She is survived by : her parent Les Coxhead; her siblings, Gillian, Alison, Ian and Imogen; her children, Lytton, Oliver and Samantha; and her grandchildren, Liam, Portia, Carmen and Allegra.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to St John Ambulance can be made at the service and would be much appreciated.
