He was predeceased by: his child Michael. He is survived by: his spouse Jill; his children, Wendy, Paul and Susan (Suzie); his grandchildren, Adam, Kirk, Mitch, Mat, Marilyn, Dan, Yvonne, Melissa, Taylor and Blake; and his great grandchildren, Ian, Hugo and Olivia.
