He was predeceased by: his sibling John. He is survived by: his spouse Elaine; his children-in-law, Raewyn, Gary Radich, Lynette, Neville Pope, Joanne, Dave Minchinton, Clive and Kirsty Glasgow; and his siblings, Alan, Doreen and Ken.

In lieu of flowers a donation to the Arohanui Hospice can be made at the service.
