He was predeceased by : his child Simon. He is survived by : his spouse Judith; and his children, Jane (Michael Kronast), Andrew (Sonja) and Leigh (Tony Chard).

Donations in lieu of flowers to the Arohanui Hospice would be appreciated and may be left in the Chapel foyer.
