He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Pat; his grandsons, Dylan, Joel, Nathan and Joshua; and his children-in-law, Helen, Claire, Ali, Steve, Andrew and Jane.

A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Otaihanga Boating Club.
