He was predeceased by: his spouse Sue. He is survived by: his children, David, Jenny, Ros, Geoff (Andrew) and Poppy-Fred (Kate) of Nick; and his grandchildren, Jono, Stef, Penny, Hayden, Hamish and Katie.
