It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katie Chadwick (Paraparaumu, North Island), who passed away on March 5, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouse Sitama Willie; her children, Neville (Ida Chadwick), Shana (Fata), Auafa Muaiava, Seinafolava Sanele (Kate Chadwick) and Anita (Tolumafaga Numi Mika); and her grandchildren, Katie, Fa'au'uga, Malia, Malaki, Tautua, Summer, Soifua and Tana Banana.
