He is survived by: his spouse Barbara; his children, Julie, Andrew, Paul, Rae, Rachel and David; his grandchildren, Duane, Margaret, Richard, Claire, Rebecca, Tony, Tamsin and Tessa; and his great grandchildren, Dane, Aurora and Haidyn.
