He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Rae; his children, John (Australia), Chris, Terry Ekstrom (Australia), Glyn and Birgit (Christchurch); his grandchildren, Anneke, Julian, Kieran, Christopher, Matt and Nicki; and his siblings, Roy and Molly.
