It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alan Ernest (Burnside, South Island), who passed away on July 4, 2025, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alan Ernest to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jean; his children, Robyn (Andrew) and Nicky; his granddaughter Ruby; his siblings, Carol Dacombe and Stewart Dunlop; and his sister-in-law Tina Cook.

A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Oaklands.
