Alison Myra Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 4, 2025, Alison Myra (Burnside, South Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Alison farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Alison is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Peter; and her children, Barry, Helen (Colin), Kevin (Pooh), Murray (Angela), Simon (Kirsten), Annie (Shane) and Soonthorn.

A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Oaklands.
