We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2022, Duncan Stevenson (Burnside, South Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his spouse Anna-Mary; his children, Sarah-Jayne, Jonathan and Thomas; his child-in-law Claire; and his siblings, Sandra, Isla Jean and John.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the White Matter Brain Trust.

He was the perfect sounding board when I looked for some good, sensible advice, and the image of Scott’s lovely cheerful smile of greeting will be for me a ‘forever’ image in my mind’s eye. His passing leaves a large gap in NZ’s ORL landscape, especially for those of us fortunate enough to have worked with him in any capacity; when the story of ORL in NZ is finally told, Scott will be there, front & centre!”
