With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Marshall (Burnside, South Island), who passed away on November 15, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Marshall to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Enid Keoghan and John Keoghan (Jack); and his parents-in-law, Lawrie and Eleanor Hale. He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Phil (Louise), Ruth (Craig) and Andrew (Brianna); his grandchildren, Elle, Alec, Orlando and Felix; and his siblings, Mary-Rae (Malcolm), Elizabeth (John), Rona (Jim), Margaret (John), Robert (Cathy), Kathleen (Jim) and Alison.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hato Hone St John would be appreciated and may be made online at stjohn.org.nz.

We will, however, always carry you in our hearts and remember with tear and a smile all of the wonderful memories we have of you and Beth. As our de facto Mum and Dad, you both provided us with love that transcends all. Our love for you both shall never diminish and neither shall our fond memories. Rest in peace”
