He was predeceased by : his parents, Beth Holm and Eric Holm; and his mother-in-law Nell. He is survived by : his wife Gloria; his children, Warren, Serena and Karl; his grandchildren, Cooper, Jonas and Oliver; his father-in-law Jack Douglas; and his siblings, Liz, Lorraine (Roy), Rosalie and Mel (Anne).
