He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Annie (Nan); his brother David (Jeanne McEwen); and his father-in-law Bruce. He is survived by: his spouse Nicola; his children, Ella, Bede and Lily; his siblings, Anne-Maree (Hugh O'Reilly), Christopher, Stephen (Annette), Blaise (Sharyn), Elizabeth, Andrew (Karilyn) and Heather (Wayne Stockdale); his parent-in-law Meg Millar; and his sisters-in-law, Lisa Millar and Paulina Koopen.
