Rosamund Freia Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosamund Freia (Burnside, South Island), who passed away on February 12, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rosamund Freia to pay them a last tribute.

As we bid Rosamund farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Rosamund is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Alistair; her children, Caitlan, Nia and Angus; and her siblings, Iselta and Matthew.

A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Limes Room, Christchurch Town Hall.
