In the sacred silence of farewell, Stephen is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Stephen's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth; his children, Jeff (Emma), Chris and Adam (Amanda); and his grandchildren, Brodie, Lachlan, Ella, Luke and Sam.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ would be appreciated, and may be made online at prostate.org.n (http://prostate.org.nz) z. The service in celebration of Stephen's life will be held in our Oaklands Chapel, corner Halswell Junction and Wigram Roads, Halswell, on Thursday, May 29, at 10.30am.
