He was predeceased by : his spouse Kate; and his child Sue. He is survived by : his friend Heather Spence; his children, Chris, Steve, John, Philip and Sarah; his grandchildren, Daniel, James, Louise, Olivia, Nicholas, Kaitlyn, Emma, Timothy, Lucina, Ava, Freya and Claudia; his great grandchildren, Annabelle, Billie and Elena; and his siblings, Phyllis Creasy and Paula Holtum. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
