He was predeceased by: his spouse Esme. He is survived by: his children, Judith (Chris) and Bruce (Sandra); his grandchildren, Kerryn, Gene, Simon, Wendy, Megan, Juliano, Kate, Macca, Emma and Mark; and his great grandchildren, Sophie, Oliver, Annabelle, Arthur, Molly, Willow, Ruby and Macca.
