He is survived by: his spouse Kirsten; his children, Toby and Isabel; his parents, Graham and Cynthia; his parents-in-law, Peter Glassford and Jill Glassford; his siblings, Mark Ellis, Kyla Dimmock, Simon Ellis, Carly Ellis (U. K.), Phil Cooper, Rob Glassford and Tamasine Glassford; and his siblings' children, Rowan of Lily, Mia, Scout of Gus, Lila and Cole.
