He was predeceased by: his sibling Kay. He is survived by: his significant other Akiko; his children, Gabrielle (Blake), Jessica (J. C.), Sam and Tom; his grandchildren, Sophie, Hugo, Ollie, Indie and Tillie; his sibling Geoff; and also Tessa.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St John Ambulance would be appreciated and may be made at the service.
