He is survived by: his spouse Janet; his children-in-law, Petina Danenberg, Tony Danenberg, Vanessa Hall, Simon Hall, Pop of Amy, Kieran, Danielle, Courtney, Ben and Cate; and his siblings-in-law, Dorothy Murtagh (Greymouth), Helen Murtagh, Irene Murtagh, Mary Murtagh and Ron Murtagh (Melbourne).
