He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ho Yee (Harry), Frederick Yee (Fred) and Kim (Poy). He is survived by: his spouse Aiqing Li; his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Jeremy Duff; his grandsons, Connor and Liam; and his siblings, Sue (Wesley Yee), Betty Gin, Dawn (Ting Kit Yan) and Peter (Mary Yee).
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Westpark (467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand). A burial was held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at the Avonhead Park Cemetery (467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand).
