He was predeceased by : his parents, Murdoch (Jack) and June; and his brother Alan. He is survived by : his wife Gina; his children, Rebecca and Cameron; his son-in-law Greg; his grandchildren, Pieter and Dominic; and his siblings, Janice (Neil), Sally (Anthony), Katherine (Duncan), Murray (Sue), Rod (Pauline) and Barry (Jo).
