He is survived by: his spouse Glenise; his children, Michael, Kevin, Katrina, Andrew, Anna, Paul and Katy; his friend Sandra; and his grandchildren, Rhyse, Braiden, Liam, Matthew (Australia), Simon, Chris, Sienna, Matisse, Scarlett, Joshua and Zachary.
