He was predeceased by: his spouse Naomi Lewis. He is survived by: his children, John, Stephen, Ruth (Chris) and Eva; and his grandchildren, Maddison, Chloe, Kaela, Toby De, Ath, Jimmy, Anaka, Paige Lister and Joseph Sutherland.
