He was predeceased by : his parents, Jan and Wilhelmina; his sister Rita; and his siblings-in-law, John and Jurrie.
He is survived by : his children, Marcel and Monique; his children-in-law, Jody and Thomas; his close friends, Thea, Judy and Elly; his grandchildren, Sofia, Jakob, Jessica and Jayde; his siblings-in-law, Wim, Christine, Corrie, Roshni and Marie; and his nieces and nephews, Francis, John, William, Mariam, Ronald, Natasha, James, Julianna, Antoinette, Nicole, Melanie and Chontelle.
In lieu of flowers, donations to St John NZ would be greatly appreciated and may be made at the service.
