He was predeceased by: his parent Molly Restall. He is survived by: his parent Dick Restall; and his siblings, Dick, Joan, John (Christchurch), Peter (Vula), Michael, Patrick (Cairns), Chris (Pat) and Mary Cushen (John). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
