He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen; his daughters, Angela and Katrina (Brendon); his grandchildren, Tayla, Amy, Jakob, Jackson and Eva; his daughter Teri Findlater-Marr; his siblings, Kevin (Irene) and Pam Manhire; his siblings' children, Paul, Alan Manhire, Tracey, Michael Drummond, David and Lisa Jackson (Blenheim); and his close friend Steve Reeves.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mandeville Sport's Centre (431 Mandeville Road, Swannanoa 7692, New Zealand).
