In the vast expanse of eternity, Roland shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Roland farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Angie; and his children, Philip, Rachael (Frank), Chris (Rosie), Michelle (Cris) and Sarah (Martin).
A Mass will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Nazareth House Chapel (220 Brougham Street, Sydenham, Christchurch 8023, New Zealand). A burial will be held on Friday, May 15th 2026 at the Shands Road Cemetery.
