Shirley Mavis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Shirley Mavis in Christchurch, South Island, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Alexander; her sons, David (Brad), John (Kathleen) and Paul (Hillary); her grandchildren, Erin, Andrew, Jordan, Harry and Beth; and her great grandchildren, Mila, Blair and Reign.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westpark (467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, Christchurch 8053, New Zealand).
