He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Heather; his children, Maree Zanchetta, Jacki (Gary Roxburgh) and Jo (Ross Niles); his grandchildren, Rachel, Emilia, Casey, Brendan and Thomas; his great grandchild Carter; and his siblings, Audrey Searle, Marg Leigh (Timaru) and Ngaire Mingham (Scotland).
