He was predeceased by: his grandson Oliver; and his siblings, Max, Lindsay and Michael. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his children, Jacqueline (David), Richard (Heather) and Philip (Jill); his grandchildren, James, Sophie, Emma, Rebecca, Harry, Matthew and Zara; and his sister Heather.
