He is survived by: his grandparent Henry Power; his parent Athol Dewar; his children, Byron Dewar (Julia Harrild) and Anita Broughton (Neavin); his siblings, Colleen Daysh (Johnny), Alan Dewar (Beverley), Margaret Drysdale (Peter), Shirley Carter (Kevin), Brenda Hull, Lois Dakartis, Tony Dewar, Robert Dewar (Rachel) and Peter Dewar (Bridgette); and his uncle Paddy.
