He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ena; his siblings, Francien and Alida (Aaltje); his siblings-in-law, Henk Oosterveen, Anna (John), Charles, Peter and Sharyn Lucas; his stepchildren, Jenny, Margaretha, Francina, Kelly and Martin Franssen; his grandchildren, Anna, Thea, Marty, Helena, Nicholl, Charlie and Alida (Ellie); and his siblings' children, Carl, Faine, Angeline and Oom.
