He is survived by: his spouse Glenice; his children, Christopher Agnew (Christchurch), Michelle Pratt, John Pratt (Perth), Bruce Agnew and Fiona Agnew (Christchurch); his siblings, Gladys Agnew (Edendale), Rex Orr (Christchurch), Kay Houston, Geoff Houston (Brisbane), Russell Agnew, Judy Agnew (Edendale), Carol Small, Craig Small (Waikaka), Jan Agnew and Garry Earwaker (Invercargill); and his siblings' children, Douglas Agnew, Anna Agnew of Marie Agnew, Natasha Atkinson, Garry Atkinson, Daniel Agnew, Lance Agnew, Danie Agnew, Fraser Agnew, Rebekah Agnew, Sam Small and Tess Hansen-Hill of Jesse Small.
