He was predeceased by: his parent Len. He is survived by: his spouse Wendy; his children, Anthony, Katherine, Matthew, Paul and Blair; his grandchild Aimee; his parent Eva; and his siblings, Nancy Crowther and Kevin Crowther. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
