Dianne Mervia Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2025, Dianne Mervia (Rangiora, South Island) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Dianne farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Dianne is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Melissa (Greg), Dean (Ange) and Natashia (Kevin); and her parent Shirley. She was also cherished by Nana Dianne to her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Our Rangiora Chapel (92 Kippenberger Avenue, Rangiora 7400, New Zealand).
