He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Elizabeth; his children, Kate, Charles, Sarah and Timothy; his children-in-law, Regan, Jane and Tom; his grandchildren, Felix, Rosa, Olivia, Charlotte, John and Frederick; and his siblings, Diana Carter and Richard.
