She was predeceased by: her husband Dominic O'Sullivan; her grandson Christopher; her parents, Jimmy Mitchell and Maggie Mitchell (Cronadun); and her siblings, Marjorie, Annie and Jimmy.
She is survived by: her children, Ann (Chris), Peter (Mandy), Catherine (Andrew), Terry (Glenys), Patricia (Tony) and Greg (Samantha); her grandchildren, Hank, Toby, Haidee, Lucy, Henry, Patrick, Hannah, James, Maddie, Dylan, Kerryn, Grace, Daniel, Josie, Jake, Frank, Esther, Emily, Ollie and Callum; her great grandchildren, Piper, Oliver, Isobel, Poppy, Freddy and Oscar; and her siblings, Beverley, Jackie and Noleen.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Women's Section of the Reefton RSA would be greatly appreciated, and can be made at the service.
