He is survived by: his children, Ken, Alison (Townsville), Daphne and Steven (Takaka); and his grandchildren, Ross, Amelia (Townsville), Lisa, Miguel (Melbourne), Amanda, David (Melbourne), Marcia, Nick (Ashburton), Teegan and Zoe (Takaka).
