He was predeceased by: his parents, Pastor Donny Ray Lewis and Judith Lewis Walunga. He is survived by: his wife Andrea 'Ami' Gribbin; his children, Joseph Lewis, Ashley Myers and Haley Young of Anchorage; and his siblings, Alec Wik Lewis of Anchorage, Wanda Wik Lewis Reams of Kasilof, Myra Wik Lewis Cook and Rebecca Lewis of Fairbanks. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
