He was predeceased by: his father Charles Ray; his grandmother Margaret Munoz; his uncles, Richard and Robert Munoz; his aunt Margaret Munoz; his grandfather-in-law Thomas; and his parents-in-law, Jerome and Robyn Smith.
He is survived by: his mother Katherine Cedillo; his wife Heather; his friends, Danae Brown and Troy Carmoney; his grandfather Genaro Munoz; his stepfather Roger Cedillo; his sister Teresa Benevidez-Wilson; his brother-in-law Derrick Wilson; his nephews, Michael Fooks and Nathan Benevidez; and his brother-in-law Shawn Smith (Heather Fooks). He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
