He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Kelley and Vera Kelley (Drew); his siblings, James, Daniel, Michael and Eva Marchell; and his stepfather Roger Bjerregaard (Harry).

He is survived by: his friend Don Day; his wife Flavia (Taga-Amo); his sisters, Mary Dunham (Vince) of Boise, ID and Margaret Kelley of Chugiak, AK; his close friend Dave Jones (Anna); and his daughter Jessica. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friend.
