He is survived by: his child Chris; his spouse Pamala Bushey; his son Logan; his daughter-in-law Heather Birch; his daughter Tali Birch Kindred; his son-in-law Josh Kindred; his grandchildren, Mason, Ellie, Oliver and Evie; his sister Sue; his brother-in-law Kevin Sharp; and his sister Carolyn.
