He is survived by: his wife Stephanie; his daughters, Taylor, Madeline and Amanda; his mother Judy Holt (Jim) of Lebanon; his stepmother Glenda Graham; his siblings, David Graham (Jeannine), Laurie Hainz (Chris) and Colleen Budrow (Joe); his grandson Jeremy Webb; and also, Madeline and Taylor. He is also survived by stepbrothers and sister; and many nieces and nephews.
