With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Robert Buchanan (Anchorage, Alaska), who passed away on July 11, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Buchanan and Ruth Buchanan of New Jersey; and his sisters, Nancy Erhard and Becky Hendricks. He is survived by : his wife Judy (Lorch); his children, Rhett Buchanan (Rebecca) of Wasilla, AK, Lance Buchanan (Kathleen) of Rockport, ME and Heather Jacoby (Josh) of Victor, ID; his grandchildren, Layne, Toby, Breeze, Britta Buchanan of Wasilla, AK, Declan, Teague of Rockport, ME, Arden, Asher, Daisha and Salim of Victor, ID.; and his sister Lois Hansen (Ralph).

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made to TransWorld Radio, Wycliffe Bible Translators, or Community Covenant Church, Eagle River.
